    2. Non-refundable Items

      - Customized products  (customized hairline topper ,hair topper ,hair patch)

 

Ⅱ. Refund Process

    1. Request: Response within 24h (ticket/email)  

    2. Review: Result within 48h (evidence required)  

    3. Return: Customer prepays tracked shipping  

    4. Refund: Quality check within 72h after receipt, refunded to original payment method (3-5 business days)  

 

Ⅲ. special rules

1.PayPal disputes: Submit evidence within 3 days, accept arbitration
